The reception is always manned from 7 a.m. and at least until 5 p.m. We make our reception times variable and tailored to you, our guests. If we are no longer in the house, we will always contact you beforehand to give you the necessary arrival information for your check-in. You can also reach us by phone at any time. A little tip: Please always give your mobile phone number when booking, or contact us beforehand via email. This enables a quick and, above all, uncomplicated arrival.

Our rooms are ready for you from 2 p.m. The latest departure time is 11 a.m. Of course we can also deviate from the "norm", just ask us.

We are a non-smoking house, so there is a smoking ban throughout the house. Smokers can of course smoke outside, in a relaxed manner in our beautiful garden, or on the seating areas in front of the villa. The villa does not have a lift, so only a few rooms on the ground floor are barrier-free. Additional beds and cots cost € 25.00 per day, please report this when making your reservation. Children up to the age of 7 sleep for free in their parents' bed. W-Lan can be used free of charge in the entire hotel.

The "Bel Etage" offers space for a maximum of 16 guests and costs € 250.00 room rental per day. The "Mirbach" room offers space for a maximum of 5 guests and costs € 100.00 room rental per day. Of course we offer you individual conference arrangements, talk to us.

The 3G rule (vaccinated and recovered, booster or daily test) currently (since 3.20.22) applies in restaurants. In our hotel there voluntary measures apply. Our rooms and also the public areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with all regulations to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria. Sufficient distance is already provided structurally and disinfection options are also available.

We charge a fee of € 5.00 per day and bike (subject to availability). We recommend reserving a bicycle when booking your room, especially in spring and summer.

Most of our rooms have parquet floors, you are welcome to bring your dog with you. Please contact us actively before your stay, the additional fee is € 10.00 / dog, including treats. Guide and assistance dogs are generally free of charge.

We have a charging station that is suitable for all common electric cars. We charge €0.35 per kWh. Please register your car when booking your room. We reserve the parking space or tank space in front of our garage for you.

Our rooms do not have air conditioning. We offer you a fan in every room. Due to the villa's very high ceilings, the rooms heat up comparatively little, even in midsummer.

All of our bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers.
